Community Use of Facilities
District schools and community learning centers are the cornerstones of our neighborhoods and a vital resource within the community. Effective utilization of these buildings as a community resource is cost effective and improves the quality of life for residents. Community Schools and Partnerships, a division of Community Education, schedules all community use of 18 buildings for Robbinsdale Area Schools during non- school hours. We welcome and encourage use of our facilities by the community. Please complete our online application to take the next step in scheduling a district facility. Requests for use of space by the community can be submitted by clicking directly below:Click here to complete the online Facilities Request Form (these forms will be submitted to the facilities scheduler, Jennifer Bridgeman) When the request has been approved the contact named under "Person Responsible" will be assigned/notified of his/her permanent pin number. When the Facilities Contract is sent, the "Person Responsible" will be asked to respond using the pin number. The response constitutes an electronic signature and indicates approval of the contract.

Staff Use of Facilities
Requests for use of space by district staff can be submitted by clicking on category number one or two below:1. Staff Use of Facilities at Your Home SchoolThe following staff/activities are included in category one and should use this procedure. • School sponsored activities initiated by a staff person at their home school and held in their home school • School clubs or booster clubs.
Note: If your request includes billing an outside organization please follow the procedure under two below. ProcedureClick here to complete the online Facilities Request Form (these forms will be submitted to the activity scheduler in your school, who is typically the head secretary or high school activities director) Verify that your activity has been scheduled by checking the school calendar If authorized, click here for custodian log-in 2. Staff Use of Facilities for All Other District SpaceThe following staff are not included in category one above and should use this procedure.
• Staff who are requesting use of space at a location which is not their "home" school • All community education staff at all locations • All staff located at New Hope, Sandburg and the Education Service Center • All other staff not located at a "home" school ProcedureClick here to complete the online Facilities Request Form (these forms will be submitted to the facilities scheduler, Jennifer Bridgeman) When the request has been approved the contact named under "Person Responsible" will be assigned/notified of his/her permanent pin number When the Facilities contract is sent, the "Person Responsible" will be asked to respond using the pin number.
